We are considering a version of Fitread for agencies: reading candidates' CVs against your own adverts, with the same computed match rate and skills table. It does not exist yet. If you would use it, tell us, and we will count your interest.

- The match rate candidates already see: computed by our code from the advert's skills and title, never by AI.
- The same skills table, so you and the candidate read the same facts.
- A candidate's CV read only with their consent, and never kept without it.
What you can use today
You can post contract adverts on ContractorUK today. Contractors can read their CV against any advert on the board before they apply.
